...Nakkopsae is a hot pot dish popular among young people in Korea, made by stir-frying natchi (long-fin octopus), gopchang (horumon), and seu (shrimp) in a sauce made with gochujang and Korean chili peppers. Serve it over rice and enjoy with Korean nori seaweed.
